I joined Eclipse a year ago after qualifying for School Sport Nationals in 2024. I am also abut to compete in the Youth and Junior Super Sprint Chamoionships in December 2025.

Coach Stu has always been encouraging and offers really great training programs tailored for me.

Eclipse is such a fun, positive atmosphere and I always look forward to going to training sessions.

I am so glad I found Eclipse Performance Centre.

Our son Cooper has thrived under the coaching and guidance of Stuart Durham at EPC. Since joining the squad Cooper has achieved outstanding results and found genuine enjoyment in every session - whether its swimming, cycling or running. Stu creates an environment that is motivating, supportive and perfectly balanced between fun and high performance.

One of the many benefits has been Coach Stu's exceptional technical knowledge of bikes. His expertise has helped refine setup for optimum efficiency in both training and competition.

We couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism, care and dedication Coach Stuart brings to his coaching and Eclipse.

Jayne and Jon Smeulders

Training with Stu has been a pleasure. His long term athlete development approach is a refreshing change from the often burnt out and injured athletes I've seen in age group coaching.

Stu prioritises athlete wellbeing over performance, which is crucial in a sport where long term training volume leads to success.

His passion and knowledge for triathlon are unmatched, creating a squad environment that shares his mindset. This makes it perfect for both begginers and exeprienced athletes.

Stu encourages his athletes to use intrinsic motivation, pushing them to achieve more during sessions.

I've thoroughly enjoyed my time training with Coach Stu and achieved results I never thought possible. I've pushed myself harder than I ever could have alone and made great friends in the squad.

Patrick Lee

When I started working with Stuart, I had no background in Triathlon or any endurance sport and was looking for guidance, structure and a coach who could manage all three disciplines effectively.

Right from the beginning, his knowledgeable approach made training clear, purposeful and enjoyable with detailed feedback on every session and an openness to questions that ade the learning process easy.

In a relatively short time, I went from never having completed a triathlon to regularly winning my age group, finishing both long and short course races in times well beyond anything I thought possible when I first began.

What really stands out to be is Stu's adaptability in coaching. I started as a complete beginner but he also coaches athletes competing at an international level.

I couldn't recommend EPC enough to anyone looking to start or improve while genuinely enjoying the process.

On the Back of Giants

You stand on the back of Giants,

Guiding and protecting your energy on this journey,

You may be reminded of the love and protection surrounding you,

Feeling the energy pulsing through your being,

Honour the feeling of excitement and determination,

May you sit with your spirit,

Feeding them,

Protecting them,

Honouring them.
