Eclipse offers coaching for Age Groupers ranging in ability from beginners to elite.

Whether you are needing the extra motivation or are tired of lone training and want to meet new people - Eclipse is for you.

 

Eclipse aims to create training diversity, from swim squad to open water, interval running to trail running and cycling to mountain biking.

With our wide range of sessions catering for all fitness levels, you can be guaranteed to keep your fitness up even in the off season.

SWIM SQUAD  |  OPEN WATER  |  SWIM ANALYSIS

Our swim squad is well known for its tough sets which bring quick gains, with sessions for Endurance, Speed & Technique  you can be sure to gain improvement from squad swimming,

Eclipse PC offers 5 sessions per week, every week so there is bound to be a time that suits.

 

Open Water Swimming is offered first Friday of every month during race season.

RUNNING INTERVALS

 

Interval running targets race specific speed through conditioning and efficient technique.
Eclipse PC runs interval sessions all year and offers endurance runs on some weekends.


 

WINDTRAINER  |  POWER SESSIONS

 

Windtrainer is the triathletes secret weapon.
Wintrainer sessions aim to Increase power, strength and endurance without the limitations of weather and cycling companions.
Eclipse PC is able to provide varied programs to keep up motivation and limit boredom.
Its much easier pushing through those hard sets with someone guiding the sessions. Stay tuned for summer windtrainer sessions.

Power Testing and One on One power turbo sessions are a vailable by appointment only - please contact us for more information.

PERSONALISED PROGRAMS

Eclipse offers personalised, triathlon specific training programs, individually tailored to your goals. Whether it be for a particular event or to sustain fitness and motivation during the off season, a program from Eclipse will be your best investment.

Personalised programs include  specific session instruction and sets which are emailed to you at the intervals you request (weekly, fortnightly, monthly)

We also incorporate weekly updates to allow for continued monitoring of your progress and to ensure you are on track to your triathlon or fitness goals.

Not based in Perth? No problem.
We can provide you a training program regardless of where you reside, and can tailor it to your specific club, needs and location.
