Fremantle Triathlon Club and Eclipse TRYStars Program 20210/2021

Eclipse is excited to again run Little Legends Trystars with Fremantle Triathlon Club again this year starting Wednesday 4th November. The program will run for a total of 12 weeks (2 x 6 week courses), incorporating a xmas break. 

​

This year, there is an exciting new format with more fun than ever and more opportunity for our junior members to love triathlon.  

This year we will be running two sessions per week, at two different locations.

​

Wednesday afternoons from 4:30pm - 5:15pm will be bike and run at Manning Skate Park – focusing on bike and transition skills, incorporating run.

​

Friday afternoons from 4:30pm - 5:15pm will be swim and run at Point Walter – focusing on swim skills and run. The swim will be conducted close to the Bicton Baths jetty for safety.

​

The program is suitable for children aged 7 to 14 years (7-11 Little Legends, 12 – 14 Middle School Legends) who would like to get involved in this amazing sport. We cater for all ages and will ensure the program is suitable for the youngest, and oldest participant to keep them engaged and fulfilled.

Program requirements:

• Bike and Helmet (the bikes will be checked prior to the session to ensure they are safe)

• Run gear (shoes & shorts)

• Bathers, goggles and towel (and a rashy if you have one!)

• Ability to swim 50m unassisted

• Limit of 20 participants

HOW TO REGISTER

​

1) First you need to become a member of Fremantle Triathlon Club by clicking HERE

​

2) Once you have registered, you will then need to register for the actual program by clicking on the REGISTER NOW button below - you will need to quote your membership number so please do not register until you have this.  There is the option to register for the full 12 week program,, Course 1 (6 weeks prior to Christmas) or Course 2 (6 weeks after Christmas)

Registrations will open on 22nd  October, and close on 2nd November.

The cost will be $65 (aged 7-11) or $103 (aged 12-14) Freo Tri Club Membership (dependent on age) plus $120 per 6 week course fees (which will be charged at course registration)
